3. What data we process – and why

We analyze user actions anonymously to build and target audiences and to conduct CPA-based performance display campaigns for our clients.

Geographic Information

Using IP address, browser and/or app data, we determine an approximate location to deliver regionally appropriate advertising.

Device Information

We collect device-specific information such as GPU, browser, operating system and device type (smartphone, tablet, notebook, car head unit, TV, etc.).

Log Data

Details about how you have used a service – e.g., visits to a website, viewing a video or an advertisement.

Cookies, Local Storage and Similar Technologies

We use various technical methods to recognize users. Ad view tracking is done without cookies:

  • Pseudonymized IP address
  • Browser information (language, MIME types, plugins, toolbars, extensions, compatibility, version, status)
  • Unique tracking IDs that allow you to be recognized
  • Ad view tracking is done without cookies

Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR to protect our legitimate interests.

4. Storage Duration

All data is stored for approximately three months; IP addresses are immediately hashed and made unreadable. This storage is also based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

6. Data Sharing & Third Country Transfer

Service providers (hosting, analytics, ad-serving) receive data only to the extent necessary for the stated purposes. Transfers outside the EEA are based on Art. 45 GDPR (adequacy decision) or Art. 46 GDPR (standard contractual clauses). There are no solely automated decisions with legal effect. Profiling is limited to pseudonymized adjustment of advertising displays.

7. Your Rights

You can request information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability at any time, or object to processing and withdraw consents given. Complaints should be addressed to the Cypriot data protection authority or the authority of your place of residence.

8. Automated Decisions

There are no solely automated decisions with legal effect. Profiling is limited to pseudonymized adjustment of advertising displays.

9. Security

We employ current technical and organizational measures (TLS 1.3, access control, regular audits).
